I have them for severe pectoral muscle spasms. They seem to work

really good... but they aren't to pleasant to get.

Pec Minor or Pec Major? Also, is the spasm caused by the muscle

firing neurologically or is it more of a cramping sensation? In

other words, is it a problem with the nerves or with the muscle

fibers? Depending on what is causing it, I may have some ideas that

you might want to try.
