Guest guest Posted June 21, 2004 Report Share Posted June 21, 2004 Hi I contacted my case manager this morning who agreed that the RT was more interested in money than service. She called them. I'm not sure they returned her call or not, but she called me with excusses and company policy. I told her to pick everything up. This is the direction my case manager was going in.
