Was very busy with clients today at home wish I earned activity points for my job cause my body says it was the best workout I have had in a while. he he he. Well I got my butt up again this morning and worked out for 60 min. It was a little easier today that yesterday. I was so tired after yesterday's workout that I could barely function, it was pretty sad. Got all of my exercise and water in, Yeah!!!! But went over on the points for dinner which seems to be my downfall lately. Tonight DH is going to be out so I will probably just fix something easy like tuna fish. Sorry Zeyphr not vey interesting. Working out this morning we meet at a track at the local H.S. and on thursdays there are these two women, very thin women, who run with a trainer. Anyway, DH who is usually nice, (I'm mad at him now!) made a comment to me about if I worked out as much as them that I too could be that thin! Ha! Boy was I PO'd but you know what, I think it was just the kick in the butt I needed. But I won t tell him that! I think that it would have also given me the motivation to get my butt moving too though! Just make sure you don't overdue it! Add additional workouts slowly to let your body adjust! You can do this!!! We are all in this battle together!!!!
