Guest guest
Hi all I got my new C-PAP today, but the RT is a bit flaky. She brought the O2 concentrator, but not the hook-up needed. She had to ask me what the O2 setting was suppose to be at and she brought the wrong mask. She didn't have any tanks of O2, so I can't cancel O2 from my other company. She also had the paperwork filled out for a rental of the C-PAP instead of a purchase. The funniest thing was that she brought only directions in Spanish. I think it is time to call my case manager. Why can't things be simple? I guess that is what we get for dealing with technology. laurie
Guest guest
Hi Laurie, Sorry to hear that it is so complicated getting the things you need. I hope your case manager can get things straightened out. How smooth the world would go if people just took their jobs seriously and did them right!
