You sound very wise. I do find gentle yoga and gentle rebounding helpful. I even found a yoga tape for " the physically challenged " that has some stretching you can do IN bed to get you to the point where you'll consider getting OUT of bed:-) My left and right brains continually negotiate in the morning discussing the relative merits of getting out of bed or staying in.
