Guest guest
Lynn, I dont know how columbia works with their muscle biopsies but I had mine done in Atlanta. He didnt do just tests on my muscle, he also did some on my blood and urine- I think thats why it was so long of a report. The first 5 pages were a summary of what he found and what treatments should be done to help. Then the next five was just his report he had sent me several days after the muscle biopsy just describing my history and tests he was going to do. Then the rest were just separate pages of all the tests done and pics of my muscles. I dont really understand what the tests you had done are (they need to put them in laymans terms) but I do recognize some of the words, it sounds like they were checking you for ragged red fibers and some of the complexes. Then it also sounds like they were checking for a few other metabolic conditions. I might be wrong on some of that but thats what it looks like. Hope the dr can explain it more to you! keep me posted on what they say. take care, Adrienne
