Guest guest
-------Original Message------- Well I am going to lay back down for a while since I have not been feeling well at all these last couple of days! All I want to do is sleep and nothing else! Dawn ===================================== Dawn, I think that the wanting to do nothing but sleep is actually part of the RSD. I go thru phases myself where all I want to do is sleep and feel acky......and nothing else. And then all of a sudden, I'll be fine. I'll be able to stay awake without any problems and get stuff done. Then, without warning, it starts all over again. So, It could be just the RSD doing this to us. I've noticed quite a few others here having the same thing happening to them also. If you've noticed how many people are taking Provigil or other med to help them stay awake, or how many others complain of not being able to stay awake all day, or are tired all the time.....you'd be surprised at how many there actually are with the same problems. Tonia Well I just got off a week of not sleeping good at all to the last couple of days to sleeping the day away. But of course I am getting over some horrible stomach bug. I haven't heard of anybody taken something to keep them awake, except coffee. I have always had a hard time with sleeping. But before I had to stop working I was getting that way. I would leave at 7:30 get home at 6:00, hobble on my crutches get inside immediately take a pain pill, lay down and sleep only to get up and do over again. Thinking back I have no idea how I managed to go to work for so long. have a good evening. Lin
