Dear ,

Thank you so very much for posting the article about heart disease and

various nutrients.

I have low magnesium and Prinzmetal's angina--pain caused by cardiac

muscle spasms. My endo told me to start on 500 mg of magnesium, but

there are so many of these products, with extremely different levels of

mg in them.

Thanks for your info, and I hope and pray that it will help Alice, too!

Sincerely,

PA

You need to monitor the magnesium. My kidneys spill magnesium, potassium,

phosphorus and calcium. I take 2000 mg. of magnesium and have my blood

levels checked every 3 months unless the dosage has been changed and then it

is checked more often. I use the Puritan's Pride magnesium and take 500 mg

four times a day.
