Guest guest
When I used to work (at Burger King), I would get all red and white blotchy. I wouldn't sweat and my temperature would reach 104. The manager would tell me to take five. I would go to the sink, get my entire head, hair, arms, and face wet, then go into the walk-in freezer and sit for awhile. What a nightmare! For some reason (I think it's the massive amount of zinc I take), I have started sweating profusely ...yuk!!! Still, get all red and blotchy, though My husband is making plans to go to Kenya, on a month long missions trip. I have the same problem. How in the blue blazes am I gonna take the heat? He doesn't quite understand how hard this is going to be for me. I have a hard time going to town (3 miles away) and back, without being exhausted. Well, the plans are only at the talking stage, now. Plenty of time to think about it later. Blessings,
