Hi Sue,

I did not use the 1-800 number which is not to the hotel itself, but

to some Hyatt booking service/call center (yes, I think they have

one). At the hotel they said that there were rooms left, but under a

different code. The code I had was G-EDNF...

I don't think they could have been looking at the wrong hotel, but

they have obviously made a bit of a mess using two codes....

I think that getting to post the right phone number, the

correct code, which days the rate works for, what the rate is etc. on

the web site would be a good idea...

The code I got earlier which I used, was G-EDNF. But the second lady

I talked to, said there was another code...
