I have had many gyn issues too. Very similar to yours.

Had a tubal with last child born and things only got worse.

I had the Novasure (endimetrial ablation) done last October and

have been without a period since. I think it was the best decision

for me. I am 35 and am done having my kids but wanted to avoid

a hysterectomy. So far it has been working great.
