Guest guest
I have 2 black cats too. One is your tyical short haired. But has NO chin! poor thing - She can't get the food when it is in the bottom of the bowl! but.. it isn't like she needs it! After she had bladder surgery for stones, the vet put her on special food, and she gained a ton of weight. Poor thing had to have stones when we got her, and the vet tried anti-biotics etc. She finally started to act like a 'normal' cat once she recovered from the surgery! She's still what I call my B**** cat. look at her crosseyed, and she screams. She had been a stray that my vet rescued. Wonder if she has thyroid problems. Do they test with bloodwork? My other one showed up on my door step a couple years ago. The scrawniest thing you'd ever see! He's a bigger boy now! very lovey. The vet thinks he's part Siamese because of his face. Very pointed nose. He has medium fur - I've seen pictures of supposed full bred cats that he almost looks like though. those whisps of fur in his ears... Our big (18 lbs. - probably needed Armour) black Jordan kitty died last September from diabetes complications. I miss him each and every day. I will miss him until I die.
