Guest guest
Thanks for the tip Alice at least it gives me sound! It just seems one thing after another right now and I looked at the price for ear hooks and microphones in the catalog....Wow. But as you well know you do as a CI user become dependant on that sound. Guest guest
Vivian, I'm sorry to read that you are dealing without sound. Have you thought about just clipping the wire into your hair to hold it close to the magnet? You don't have to have the earpiece over your ear. You can use bobbypins or a hair clip. Many newly activated people can't wear the earpiece because their ear is so sensitive. This is how they take care of it. Just a suggestion though. Let me know if it works. Alice Am again deaf with no sound. My ear hook has fallen off my mike and I cannot get it to stay on. I have to think that this is all due to the fact that my externals are all aged and abused! Any sound is better than no sound. Vivian
