Dear Mike,

Thanks for the response. I was worried and a bit scared due to the

breathing problem, which was why I wrote.

I put my corset brace on after I hurt it (of course after not before :-) )

and when I tightened the straps something popped there. It did not give

immediate relief like other sublux/disluxes so I ended up lying down with a

moist heating pad for an hour and a half.

By 6 (3 1/2 hrs after it happened) I was a bit better. It is still sore

this morning and if I take a deep breath it still hurts but altogether it is

much better.

I did try your suggestion but being unfamiliar with the ribs I had a hard

time finding anything :-) Can find a tender spot front and back but don't think

they line up the way you said. Tried the rest anyway but if anything it ended up

sorer. All this, plus the fact that as I sit here it just started pulsing

(spasing), leads me to believe it is soft tissue. (oh the soreness ended up

expanding from that one spot along a line to the spine - so now it's about a 4 "

line from the spine out but still sorest in the initial area away from the

spine).

I would like to know if it is not a rib, with your anatomy knowledge what

do you think it is? With it running left to right, being a thin short line, I am

perplexed.

If it was a rib I do believe it is back in. Will go in my spa this morning

and work on it a bit. If I have any other problems/questions I will let you

know. Thanks again for your help! :-)

Hugs,

B.
