I had muscle biopsy showing rare scattered atropic fibers of both types, some predominence of smaller type I fibers, slightly increased intracellular lipids in some fibers, all fibers positive for cytochrome C oxidase. Then I had ischemic exersice test. That is when the Dr said thae changes with ex test where sonsistent with biospy and that I didn't metabolize fat properly. this was the only explanation I got.
