Well, I danced ballet for 16 years and that was true of ballet for me, but

yoga killed me. I am still extremely flexible both muscle and joint, but

the yoga was painful.

It may also have been a bad instructor. She wasn't exactly forgiving and

sympathetic to me or mom on our first class.
