Consent Forms: Another thing some ladies might feel okay about doing – is

send a WRITTEN communication to the doc saying that while it is a technical

requirement (of the hospital – whatever) that you sign, you have an

understanding and agreement that the doc will not convert except to save

your life, and that your signature on the consent form is made only subject

to that agreement & if s/he isn’t agreeable to that then s/he better notify

you in writing a.s.a.p.

– the response would sure let you know whether it really was a “technical”

requirement – or not
