Guest guest
Does anybody know a doctor in the Boston area who does this proceedure? If you have had this done anywhere in the US and have had a postive experience could you post where and by who. I am coming to the conclusion that this might be the best option for me. Thanks, Terri K

Guest guest
I had a hysteroscopic resection 2 years ago by a wonderful doctor where I live in Southern Oregon. The procedure itself was a piece of cake. My surgery was in the morning and I was home by noon. I had absolutely NO pain after I left the hospital and felt normal and well enough the next day to go shopping. My periods improved tremendously, although I still had about one day of fairly heavy bleeding each month, but nothing to compare to how it had been before. I did decide to undergo an endometrial ablation last June to do away with that one heavy day and since then my periods are extremely light. I need to use lite tampons for 2 - 3 days (which I only need to change once or twice a day) and then have a bit of spotting. I hope that you find a doctor who can do the procedure for you. I am sure in a large metropolitan area it will be easier to find a doctor with the necessary skills than it is here in the sticks. > Does anybody know a doctor in the Boston area who does this > proceedure?
