Hi everyone, Happy Holidays! I have been on Armour 90 since the 9th

of Nov. I stayed on for 4weeks and added another 1/4 of a pill for 3

weeks and now have gone to 135 total.......90 in am 45 in pm I feel

fine........... how will i know when i have gone up enough?

I have gotten my period again only 21 days from the first period on

Armour. It is very light as was the first. Is this normal? I will

be having blood work in Jan. and a dr appt first week of Feb.

Only 2 mos.........but I do feel very different than when i was on

synthroid and cytomel . I feel so much more alert.

Thanks for all you input! maryella

For me, finding the best dose was a long process. I did find that

once I got to 3 grains, wow, everything really improved immensly as

far as my energy goes. I continued to raise up slowly and when I got

to 4 grains I started to not feel well. My energy declined and I

just kind of felt tight and tired. So, I went back down to 3-1/2 and

stayed there a while. I tried two more times to go to 4 grains and

both times my energy declined and I just was not myself. So, I am at

about 3-1/2 to 3-3/4 grains now and that seems to be my best spot.

If I go down to 3, I am a little more tired.
