Guest guest
I have been taking Ferrous Sulfate since my last lab test. (Ferritin 15, (10-144). However, it is very constipating. I copied what someone wrote here recently, " I like Solgar's Gentle Iron, as it is non-constipating, and the iron bisglycinate is supposedly more bioavailable than ferrous sulfate. " Is it OK to switch to Solgars, or does it not have the benefits of Ferrous Sulfate? Thanks.
