I am in a similar position to yourself, as are many here. have not been diagnosed but have many unspecifically abnormal test results including MRI and muscle biopsy(never had a fresh one though). A lot of what you say rings true with me, although I guess I am at a lower level as far as exercise goes. (of course being in a crash righ now doesn't exactly help) I am presently seeing a mito specialist (my first) in Toronto and am hooping she will sort things out. I live 100 miles from Toronto (near Buffalo, NY) & I am very interested in the mito specialist there. I would be interested in knowing her approach. Thanks again.
