I've lost a lot of weight but what I need to loose now is in the belly. So

I'm doing exercises to target that area. I'm 5'4.5 " and now I'm at 149. I

am targeting about 10-15 more pounds to lose. This is going to be the hard

part. I've started feeling better now, except I crashed today. Between

Christmas Eve and Christmas, I did too much.... Your diet of eating 6

small meals is a very good way to fuel your body. It helps prevent spikes

in blood sugar.
