Happy Holidays Everyone!

Thank you EVERYONE for being here and for all your support.

One Question:

I am wondering if I should continue applying the progesterone cream

during my period to continue feeling better. I got it (my period)

today. Is there any harm taking it during my period?

I am estrogen dominant and very low in progesterone.

The Good News:

I am feeling better, MUCH better.

I stopped taking the glandulars, am taking 1 grain Armour and 4mg

Progesterone cream 200.

(I'm not sure how much that really is but its two spoons am & two

spoons pm; each spoon is a mg.)

My diet is much cleaner and I'm feeling like a new person. WHAT A

RELIEF.

Although I am not with my family this season, feeling so much better is

a great gift.

And I would rather see my family when I am feeling better and am sane

;-)
