Uh....er...I did and it did not work....and I am a holistic health

practioner by trade. ;-)!

You come across like those people who find something cool and then

become cult members....

There is no one choice or answer for everyone...and I know the

incredible measures some of the women here have gone through to help

themselves...all the therapies....so...peace sister, and try not to be

such a pain in the arse.

It's ok to do holistic treatments. Go ahead and do them. Your body

will be healthier overall for your efforts. Expect your holistic

treatments to help you cope, maybe eliminate the heavy bleeding

(worked for me), maybe stop your fibroids from increasing in size

(mine seems to be in no-grow mode), etc. etc. etc. but don't expect

holistic treatments to cure you of fibroids, cause then you'll be

disappointed. Holistic treatment isn't going to make them go away,

although it seems to make life with fibroids much more bearable.

Catina...I honestly don't know the answer to that one,

maybe one of the doctor's on the list can answer that

one for you. I don't want anymore children so I

honestly haven't worried about that.

Sorry I can't be of more help.

Terry...as I stated, I use to have very heavy

bleeding. I would go through 120 to 150 tampons and a

bag of 32 pads a month. I am chronically anemic, to

the point a few months back that the doctor was

talking sending me to the hospital for a blood

transfusion. I take iron tabs in the morning along

with Vit. C.

I did A LOT of research on the different herbs used

for heavy bleeding. I personally take 2 black cohosh

tabs in the morning and at night. One red raspberry

leaves tab in the morning and at night. In the morning

as I said, I take one iron tab with the Vit C so it is

better absorbed and at night take a woman's one a day

vitamin tab.

Please know I am NOT a nurse nor a doctor. This is all

my own personal opinions and what has been done for

me.

To find a holistic doctor or practitioner near you

here are a few good numbers:

American Holistic Medical Asso. #

Amreican Board of Holistic Med. #

With any herb, you have to give it several weeks to

work, mine took 7 weeks, then it started to kick in. I

am now seeing an improvement in my body and mood. I

also take microbial drops as well that my holistic

practitioner made especially for myself.

Good luck and God Bless everyone.
