Your progesterone is comparatively high. That, coupled with your low estradiol, would make me feel absolutely awful. Guest guest Posted December 22, 2004 Report Share Posted December 22, 2004 I agree with Valarie: Your estradiol is too low. Dr. Vliet has a great explanation of this in " It's My Ovaries, Stupid!! " She also explains that low thyroid causes ovarian decline (and low estradiol). Also, LH is Leutinizing Hormone - the hormone that causes the corpus luteum to grow over the ovarian follicle after it releases the egg.
