Guest guest
Caroline, You must really want to feel well. You are the most disciplined person I know. With such a healthy diet... you ought to be super woman! So glad to hear you're doing better!! I agree - now that you've nearly reached 2 grain... to take it slowly... increasing slowly. I'm dealing with hyper/exhaustion at the same time... It's no fun. Just trying to find that optimum setting. I've taken on several of your suggestions and am also doing better with my yeast (I think). So, glad to have finished the Candida Cleanse... I think it was making me feel awful. I need to order a good probiotic. Perhaps that would help me. Thanks for being here and encouraging us in healthy living. Crystal > I might try Woebenzym next but but am doing much better now after taking Primal Defense probiotic for a couple of weeks as i did so well on it last winter. Also doing a liver flush as of 2 days ago & that seems to be helping too. Will do a colon cleanse/flush after the liver cleanse is over. I think all that & the generic Armour is definitely helping...especially to detox from heavy metals & parasites. Also trying to stick to a more raw vegetarian alkaline diet with juicing vegetables & eating fresh fruits & mostly organic apple juice & drinking almost a gallon of purified water every day...sloshing about & staying near bathrooms as I go thru the day no matter where I am....lol!! Plus doing rebrith breathing, skin brushing, hot tub-epsom salts soaks & full body massage on myself several nights a week. > CP
Guest guest
TY Crystal & much good luck with your own better health regimen. Some days I'm better at it than others. I get lazy & discouraged too but usually climb back onto that self-discipline horse & ride again....until I fall off again that is...lol! A good probiotic like Woebynzime or Primal Defense, the two best ones, is absolutely essential. I'm thankful for everyone's help, stories & encouragement here too. Guest guest
HI, Caroline, I'm so glad you are doing better. How are you doing your liver cleanse? I wonder if that would help me. My ALT and AST have been elevated. I've been taking milk thistle. in Va. I might try Woebenzym next but but am doing much better now after taking Primal Defense probiotic for a couple of weeks as i did so well on it last winter.
