It's not...in fact because there for a while I couldn't remember either (same

brain fog as you), my husband started bringing it to me in the morning with a

glass of water...before I even get out of bed. He's seen me without Armour

so I guess he didn't mind doing it. In fact he still does that if I'm not up

when he leaves for work.

I didn't know this was an introductory dose. Unfortunantely I can't

get to the lab to get my blood tested, and now with the holidays I'm

screwed for another 2 weeks or so.

My Dr. has never pescribed this before so she's basically doing what

I suggest, so whenever I make it in I'll get my dose " upped "

Thanks for your help, I didn't know if it was the dose or some

obscure side effect

Merry Yule!

I wouldn't remember right away....I'm on the run for the first two

hours (4 kids, several pets, a husband) So when I finially get to

have a " sit down " I think about my meds.

I still suffer from brain fog quite a bit, so I've trained my kids to

ask me if I have taken my pill. The they have to remember that I have

taken it, so they can tell me when I ask. That sounds so pathetic!!

It's really not that weird (I hope)

I'm surprised you have that kind of get up and go in the morning without

getting that Armour in ya. When I first starting taking it, I knew to just

sit on

the couch until it kicked in. :)
