Guest guest
Hi Val. I certainly appreciate your response--I'd like to figure this out!!! But I'm not sure if it's T3 running out, though I wish it was--I could work on that!! What is happening to me is a more extended version (as far as length of time) of what has been happening to me with EVERY SINGLE period for 25+ years--namely, beginning the first day of every period, and taking up to a week to recover, I would get EXTREME fatigue and extreme achiness (and even feeling quite hot the first few days.) My current situation started Dec. 2nd when I had a period. Except this time, I never recovered. It has stuck with me--the achiness and fatigue. So WHATEVER is causing those symptoms, as has been for 25+ years, results in my crashing after work, as well. SOMETHING pulls me down with every period, results in profound symptoms, and since it hasn't gone away this time, wears me out by the end of the day. It's as if my progesterone or something PLUMMETS with every period, resulting in extreme symptoms. Or, it's as if SOMETHING badly overreacts to what is going on when I start. And this time, the overreaction is not going away!! Ideas? Janie > When I do that it is the T3 running out! How do you know your Armour is still optimal with Winter here & all? I would try an additional Armour in a small increment about an hour or tow before you routinely crash. I was doing that on 6 grains of Armour till I split my dosage up to four times a day. >
Guest guest
I used to get the same fatigue and even begged the doc to give me something the week before my period. After getting adrenal support though, I don't have it anymore. I did have a weird period last month though. I spotted for almost a week then, had two very heavy days, then spotting again. All of it lasted almost 2 weeks.
