i can assure you that if i had done the same...my heart would be acting up

too. take it easy, gal. if you've been hypo, your heart has probably been

affected...and you need some time to heal. heavy duty wood and brush picking up

is not on the list of things to do.

check back in and let us know you're okay.

ok...glad you're okay.

I think after we've been hypo...we have to heal for a while and that we

slowly get back our endurance and stamina. but yea, go easy for awhile.

I have been on Armour 1 grain since Nov. 1st. Feeling terrific. Well

I went with my husband and did some heavy duty wood and brush

picking up.

Came back home set down to rest and I can feel my heart slowing down

and speeding up. Have you heard of this? It's freaking scary.
