I think after we've been hypo...we have to heal for a while and that we slowly get back our endurance and stamina. but yea, go easy for awhile. Guest guest
I have been on Armour 1 grain since Nov. 1st. Feeling terrific. Well I went with my husband and did some heavy duty wood and brush picking up. Came back home set down to rest and I can feel my heart slowing down and speeding up. Have you heard of this? It's freaking scary.
