Should I increase or just stay with this for awhile longer? Also I've been taking Delta... do I need to continue that as well? Guest guest Posted December 12, 2004 Report Share Posted December 12, 2004 Tigger, I can state what happened to me--when I got to 2 grains, and held it there for many weeks, I was really feeling great compared to before I was on Armour, and thought it was my optimal close......but...I did notice a few things still lingering. So, I went up 1/4 grain at a time, and at 3 grains, noticed even more improvement. I am now back to 3 1/4 grains........and holding. As far as the Delta, they say it can take several months for the adrenals to recover....and some folks even longer, so it would be hard for anyone to tell you what to do there. Maybe someone here on Delta can tell you how long they were on, and when they got off, and what they noticed.........., and that can help you. ) Janie > I've been taking 2gr of Armour now for a little over a month. I will plan to be on 2 grains for about 2 months, until March 1st before I upgrade again to 2 l/4 grains & so forth. This takes a lot of time & patience.
