The nut recipes sound interesting. I can't really afford that other stuff you

recommended right now tho..the Houstonni enzymes or Azure Standards poultry. I

have to buy what's affordable that I also like to eat or ingest. It's difficult

when you're poor like I am.

Yeah, I know, it is always a problem for me too. Mercury toxicity can cause

all sorts of food sensitivities...I was practically going into anaphalaxyc

shock at times for awhile...better now. A couple of things to share:

1) Store bought chickens all have arsenic in them because the feed they give

them contains arsenic as an insecticide. I don't know what amount, and I eat

them too....ARGH! Should find better source. What about Azure Standards? A

friend of mine orders a great deal of their food through them. Says they are

great.

2)

You shold be able to get a lot of relief frm the allergies by taking enzymes

with your meals, but not just any enzymes. the ones that are in a class by

themselves are Houstonni enzymes - from Houston Nutraceuticals.

They have helped me alot.

I was going into " attack " from so many many things, and now I hardly do at

all. Food allergies are partly a digestive thing....can't explain in just a

few words....undigested proteins going through the gut wall and into the

blood stream causing the reactions.

3) The 7th Day Adventists are vegetarian by and large, and they do a lot of

neat food things with nuts.,..I really need to get into that.

I ate with a group of them for a month, and loved their foods! Maybe you

could find some recipes through them using nut meats. They had little balls

and patties and things that were cooked up and such with the nuts that I

really loved.
