Going off Adrenal Support - No Problem

Hi EveryOne,

Sorry I don't get to post as often as I would like but I try to read the

list whenever time allows:-)) I agree with :-))

Just want to say that there should be no concern about going off of 20mg of

Cortef, Hydrocortisone, - if you do it gradually.

I have taken some Cortef but prefer Isocort which is even less strong and

requires no prescription. Stayed on about 5 Isocort a day for many months in

the beginning, then cut back and stopped altogether. When under pressure, or

feeling too fatigued I often take 3 tablets of Isocort in the am and 2 in

the early afternoon. Right now I am just taking the morning 3 Isocort. Then

when I feel stronger I stop altogether. No problem..........I have done this

for quite awhile now with no problems whatsoever.

..I also take one tablet of Nutri-meds Adrenal Hormone a day in the morning

and have for a few years. Again no problem if you stop when you no longer

need adrenal support. I find I need some, - but not a lot. It also helps

with hypoglycemia as was mentioned.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Peace, Love and Harmony,

Bev
