Congratulations, Kerry! That's great!

Well, this morning I stepped on the scale. This has been a VERY unpleasant

thing for me this year as I have seen my weight steadily climb, gaining a

total of 30 pounds to date from last year at this time. However, this

morning, when I stepped on, I was down 7 pounds! yes, 7! I stepped back

on/off several times as I couldn't believe what I saw. Just to make sure I

wasn't seeing things, I stopped at my GP's office on my way to work and

stepped on her scale (the one I HATE because it always measures higher than

mine at home)...and low and behold...it also said I had dropped 7 pounds. I

haven't really been doing anything different other than I increased my

Armour via Naturethroid by 1/4 grain a week and a half ago. I hate to be

excited, so, I am going to stay in a wait and see attitude and weigh in

again next week. I am thinking of increasing to 3 grains on Monday and then

stay in that holding pattern until after my ND is done running all her blood

work and saliva tests. Those won't

even be ordered for another two weeks when I go to my follow up.
