Guest guest
Yes, I am feeling better. Yesterday was rough physically because the weather was so awful, but I'm starting to feel like my old self.... which in some cases is good and some it's not! Others need to beware. LOL The weight has been an issue all my life, I'm sure it will continue to be, but at least I don't feel as depressed or hopeless. Thanks for your encouraging post. Hugs, Tigger Re: Cindi Hey, Tigger, You certainly are not to blame. I really think most of us are in your boat. But, I think as you keep increasing your dosage of Armour and watch what you eat (as I know you do) that the weight will start to come off. So you just keep on doing what you're doing. I finally started losing weight and have gone down two sizes. Even my sons brag about how good their mother looks now, and that feels really good. My husband likes what he sees, too! So just get yourself feeling better with the Armour and continue to heal. I think then the weight will very possibly come off. We hypos tend to eat less than most people, so it's certainly not a matter of will-power. We just don't metabolize very well. Hopefully, that will be part of the healing process and some of the weight will start to go away. I believe for me it will be a battle I'll have to fight for the rest of my life, but at least now I believe I can stay ahead of it. I can live with that. So, don't feel bad -- feel better! I can tell by the tone of your e-mails that you are feeling a bit better. Your early posts seemed kind of sad, as I recall, so it's very encouraging to read that in some ways you are better. This will continue, so don't be discouraged. We're all here for you. B. --- Tigger wrote: >
Guest guest
The storms here on the west coast are making me miserable too...aches/pains & tiredness moreso than ever. I'm hitting the Darvocet pain Rx more than ever. I'll be glad when they're over. I'm too ill to even get to WalMart for my two prescriptions waiting for me there. Good thing I have food & drink in the house. But I'm going to have to try to get out today for a bit for the 2 Rx anyway as I need those badly...can't run out. One of them is my Rx Armour generic.
