Guest guest
I've noticed more of this too in myself...feeling a bit more calm, more steady & secure inside myself. Not so much anxiety & worry about the future...but just small, but noticeable amounts of these...as I'm still only at l 3/4 grains. But any noticable improvements, especially feelling more stable or having more a feeling of well-being or whatever one wants to call it...balance...evenness, inner steady warmth. Or like coming home after a long, icy cold journey into the unknown to a cozy, warm, safe home where the hearth fire is burning. It's a huge bonus for me to being feeling even small bits of that again. I've been missing that good old feeling for years & years now. It's wonderful to be having it come back again, even a little bit. It's like the eternal fire or the pilot light inside myself went out & now it's relit again...the inner hearth fire. So being back in the pilot seat & in control again in a way I guess. CP ----- Original Message ----- From: nc2406@... Wow Debbie...thanks for giving an update on your situation. It's sounding like things just might be taking a really positive turn for you. Yea, when you feel that real you coming back...and being able to hold on to that without the fatigue and depression stuff...that's a really good feeling. So glad to hear this good news tonight. Thanks for posting. Cindi
Guest guest
Congrats Caronline and Cindi, I think I'm getting there also. The depression and anxiety have gotten much, much better even though I'm still out of work and alone(: I don't even care now because I'm feeling good again and not so hopeless! I guess the synthroid was making me feel worse and I didn't realize it. The Naturethroid seems to be doing something.
