Guest guest
I don't starve myself. I just eat now, and try to eat well...nothing canned or packeged, except for maybe my olives and water chestnuts and stuff like that. But normal eating does not keep me normal weight. When I was in my 20's I used to exercise a lot and starve myself to be normal weight. Then I quit doing that and got fat. When I was in my teens I remember going on back packing trips in groups, and than I ate what everybody else ate. I remember them dropping weight until their pants start falling off on the longer trips. ..... but I always gained just a little bit, eating like they did. ~inga > >> Ingrid, >> >> The worse thing is that I think starving even >> further >> lowers our metabolism.
