Can you give me some ideas of what you eat for a week ?? I too am on a low

carb high protein diet.Been on Armour since Nov. 20.As of today I have lost 9

lbs.I take Isocort and b-complex vitamin and Selenium also.

I have no problem with the no low carb diet but not sure of what stuff I can

and can not eat so I could use some help.

Thanks,

Mari

for breakfast i'll eat something like cheese toast or i'll scramble me an egg

with toast.

i like to have a bigger lunch. hamburger patty with a veggie. salmon patty.

leftover steak from grilling. beef stew. vegetable beef soup. chicken

something.

i try to eat lighter in the evenings. tuna fish sandwich maybe. sometimes

even a bowl of cheerios.

Nope...have never counted calories. add in a glass of lowfat milk at

breakfast. maybe a Ensure or a slim fast during the day (i know - soy...but i'm

using the Ensure with FOS for my digestive tract). and then a bowl of tortilla

chips at night.

So - maybe this is why I don't gain weight?
