Guest guest
I would take iron, but make sure you do it about 12 hours after your hypoT meds. I have always understood that if you take your Armour sublingualy, it doesn't matter when you take other meds as the Armour bypasses the gut and all. I think even my Endo told me this. Am i wrong? If so, it hasn't interfered with my Thyroid levels as my FT4 is mid-high and FT3 is over. TSH is suppresed. I take Armour early am 1gr, 11:00am 1gr, 3:00pm 1/2 gr, 9:00pm 1/4 gr. (this taking a small amount before bed helped tremendously with foot pain I was having when I woke up). I take iron at breakfast and lunch. I'm feeling great! So go figure.
