43 pound since August!!!!!

How on earth did you do that!!!!!!???????

Eating, not eating...it all makes not much difference. I DID lose a little

bit on a modifed Atkin's approach, but it was so expensive and I got SOOOOOO

sick on it, I figured there was no way it could be good for me. Thought if I

kept it up it would kill me.

Desperate to lose 100 lbs,
