it is a bit of trial and error...since everyone sorta responds in their own

individual way...and everyone probably has some other issues depending how the

hypo affected their body.

I wish I could figure this out. Y'all seem much more sensitive to your

bodies and what affects what and how you feel. It doesn't seem to matter

how I take Armour: swalllow or sublingual, splitting my dose and taking it

two or three times a day, and in varying amounts. The only thing I

haven't tried is taking it all at once upon awakening in the morning.

This is so much trial and error and I'm finding it hard to figure out the

best strategy.

meds in the AM....or I'd never get going at all. So I do 2 in the morning

and 1

1/2 around lunch. Have you ever tried getting more in you in the morning?

I'm just wondering if your body is straining from not getting enough to get

the

body going in the AM.

so how do you feel? We do a trial and error because we are so sick at

different stages and the meds seem to either make us feel worse or better,

but not all at once. I used to need to take it 5x a day because the t3 was

needed to stay sitting up, but all at once made my heart beat like crazy
