Your story is alot like the others on how we got it, but what my doctor says it is not how you got it is that you have it.

I used to lived in Alaska and loved the wild life, but now in Florida and love the warm weather animals too.

I am on the transplant list and only had one call. I hope to get my call again. Hugs, Glenda

through difficult times with health and other concerns.

Talking about blood pressure, does anybody hear know of the " water

cure " or something like that? I vaguely remember reading about it a

couple of years ago or so, and it's basically about drinking lots of

water, supposed to really help lower blood pressure but at the

moment I can't remember the details.

pressure is just elevated from all the trauma and stuff. But I was

up to 281 yesterday. So... that is not a good sign. WIth my

breathing not being good, its hard to excercise right now. Its sort

of frusterating. I want to wish you all good luck for your steps

challenge.

Could be from nerves, coughing from the flu, cold meds, salty foods

(canned soup is notorious for being high in sodium), even being cold

and chilly.

Once you're on it you're on it for life.

's MOTD from Saturday (?) cautioned against exercising when sick.

Worry about your breathing first, then worry about the scale. Just do

some gentle stretching or a slow walk around the neighborhood if you're

desperate to do *something*. There will be plenty of time for aerobics

when you're better.

Well THIS is certainly causing your blood pressure to stay up! Just try

relax and rest as much as you can in-between all the wedding

preparations. You don't want the bride to be sick on her special day

now, do you?

The Social Security Offices' # is 1-800-772-1213, Call them and explain the situation and tell them you want to know if your child can get SSI. They will set up an appointment with you either for you to come into your local office or they can do it over the phone. They will ask alot of information, such as your child's health , medical history , age, social security # , ect. If by chance you are turned down the first time... you can call 1-877-842-0667.
