Guest guest
Oh yessssss....shortness of breath a lot here. I do smoke tho...but only 3-4 cigs a day so doubt it's all from that. Could be contributing tho. Guest guest
part of yours may be the smoking, but 1 3/4 grains is a very low dose of thyroid. Guest guest
The iron seems to affect the hypo drugs, and (from a little reading) not the hyperT drugs. From what I looked up Methimazole is for hyperT, right? I don't see interaction to iron. So I'd take the iron in the pm, around 8-9pm. Guest guest
Well, I disagree. The iron is in the Vitamin anyway, and I have felt better taking them. I have never heard of not taking iron supplements. Why would you say this? Guest guest
$350. an hour is totally absurd, IMO. But I know how it is. An excellent chiropractor I know who has a cold laser (a wonder-worker detox machine) charges $250. an hour. Way outta my $league$ now...tho I did try it once 3 years ago. Guest guest
yes, it is very high, but most Dr's were not treating what was wrong with me but still had me going every 6 to 8 weeks and I was getting sicker and sicker and this DR thinks unless really needed, 1 or 2 times a year is enough to see him. he emails his lab orders and calls in scripts. I feel guilty they small amout I see him. I even wonder if I should just send him 350 so I don't have to drive 2 1/2 hours in each direction. > >Reply-To: NaturalThyroidHormones >To: <NaturalThyroidHormones > >Subject: Re: Re: Iron and TIBC >Date: Wed, 8 Dec 2004 06:43:55 -0800 >$350. an hour is totally absurd, IMO. Guest guest
Only my B12 showed up low. Ferriton was ok which I thought was wierd. The doc gave me injections weekly in her office for 3 wks and then monthly after that. I haven't been back to get my blood drawn yet to see how it's going. >From: nc2406@... >Reply-To: NaturalThyroidHormones >To: NaturalThyroidHormones >Subject: Re: Re: Iron and TIBC >Date: Wed, 8 Dec 2004 11:21:37 EST >MIME-Version: 1.0 >X-Sender: NC2406@... >Received: from n17a.bulk.scd.yahoo.com ([66.94.237.46]) by >mc11-f23.hotmail.com with Microsoft SMTPSVC(5.0.2195.6824); Wed, 8 Dec 2004 >08:54:01 -0800 >Received: from [66.218.66.58] by n17.bulk.scd.yahoo.com with NNFMP; 08 Dec >2004 16:22:06 -0000 >Received: from [66.218.66.31] by mailer7.bulk.scd.yahoo.com with NNFMP; 08 >Dec 2004 16:22:04 -0000 >Received: (qmail 39514 invoked from network); 8 Dec 2004 16:22:03 -0000 >Received: from unknown (66.218.66.167) by m25.grp.scd.yahoo.com with QMQP; >8 Dec 2004 16:22:03 -0000 >Received: from unknown (HELO imo-m27.mx.aol.com) (64.12.137.8) by >mta6.grp.scd.yahoo.com with SMTP; 8 Dec 2004 16:22:03 -0000 >Received: from NC2406@... imo-m27.mx.aol.com (mail_out_v37_r3.8.) id >r.8d.1baf605a (3948) for <NaturalThyroidHormones >; Wed, 8 >Dec 2004 11:21:37 -0500 (EST) >X-Message-Info: JGTYoYF78jGGIJ3P42K+HQfzvoqC+UYA >X-Yahoo-Newman-Property: groups-email >X-Apparently-To: NaturalThyroidHormones >X-Mailer: 8.0 for Windows sub 6033 >X-eGroups-Remote-IP: 64.12.137.8 >X-Yahoo-Profile: nc2406 >Mailing-List: list NaturalThyroidHormones ; contact >NaturalThyroidHormones-owner >Delivered-To: mailing list NaturalThyroidHormones >Precedence: bulk >List-Unsubscribe: ><mailto:NaturalThyroidHormones-unsubscribe > >Return-Path: >sentto-7991139-41946-1102522924-lacretiamo=hotmail.com@... >X-OriginalArrivalTime: 08 Dec 2004 16:54:01.0973 (UTC) >FILETIME=[84DCD250:01C4DD46] > > >In a message dated 12/8/2004 8:31:59 AM Eastern Standard Time, >lacretiamo@... writes: > > > I had low iron also and took injections.
