Guest guest
Hi there Ingrid, Yes, heavy periods can be a true hypo sign! I almost bleeded to death .... I had a ferritin < 2! My Tsh was 1.0 and my Ft3 and Ft4 were both bottom range. They were not under the bottom tough, therefore my doctor's thought there was nothing wrong. My womb was and is also in a very healthy condition, so I didn't see any reason why it should be removed! (I was 38 then), (40 now, hehehe). And I had a lot of clotting too, like the size of half my hand. Yuk! Yuk! Yuk! Can you imagine how desperate I felt? Nor my endo, nor my regular physician, nor my gyn told me I had an undertreated hypo. Internet was my true doctor. Ingrid, there is nothing more beautiful than having a child, and if it descents along with the right guy, anything's possible!
