WHen I was 14-15, they gave me several dnc's to try and curtail my bleeding - It was often about 28 days out of the month. I would sometimes practically be hemmoraging it seemed. They finally put me on birth control (Mom sure loved that, LOL!) just to regulate my periods. Does it all sound like I was hypo even back then? What I'd like to know is: is a lot of clotting NOW a hypo symptom, or more a symptom of getting closer to menopause. SInce September I have gone up from 2 grains to 3 1/2 grains, and I must say that there does not seeme to be much clotting this time. I sorely do not want to go into menopause, and would like to think I might be able to conceive. (I finally met a great guy...so I figure anything's possible. Not sure I want a child, but hey....I would love to have the chance at it) I am 48 though...49 on Dec. 16th. ~Inga ------------------

The clotting was also a hypo symptom for me. I still have some (also near menopause) but not at all like I've had for the last 10 years. cindi
