Guest guest Posted March 6, 2004 Report Share Posted March 6, 2004 So, I'm about off to my sleep study. Got my bag packed. Just waiting for my husband to get home to take me. Didn't want to drive cause I am SO tired. Couldn't have any cafeine today, and no naps. I haven't gone a day without a nap in years, unless I absolutely couldn't. Then, I would go to bed early, like 8:00pm. The only time in my life since I was about 15 that I didn't nap daily was when I was in the Marine Corps. It's wierd. It's like part of me is missing. Like losing a limb. Sleep is like a friend. I know, that sounds wierd, but it's hard to explain. I don't really know what to expect except to be attached to a bunch of wires. It's kinda wierd thinking someone is gonna sit and watch me sleep. I'll tell you about it when I get back. Gonna stay all day tomorrow too. I'll be home around 6pm.
