Oh Lana, I sympathize with you so very much. Before my cervical fusion, I

suffered so very badly from HA's and was at a lost about how to stop them except

more and more medications. I wanted to stop them from every occuring though

and couldn't . The biggest gain from my decompression and fusion was the absence

of headaches now. It is UNBELIEVABLE!!! I can actually lay down my head on a

pillow and not get a headache nowwhich was impossible before.

YEAHHHH> Howis you neck doing?
