Guest guest
Thanks, Cathy. I'm just at the end of the second day with two patches on and already m skin is getting red and irritated. Although I hate the prospect of still one more co-pay, if it will help the skin get less infamed it would be worth a try. Related to this......Tricia....is cortisone on the list of no-no's? I'm having a vague memory that cortisone/prednisone is something that we're not supposed to use or take. Just wondering. Hugs to both of you. Guest guest
Barb - Prednisone is one of the things that we are supposed to avoid. However, I don't believe that cortisone has been "outlawed" as of yet. With any luck Dr Gentlesoul will have some ideas as to what to do about the itching when you see him. And stick to your guns about the slow and steady pace plan.....enough with the skipping all over the place plan he had going. Time to try your way for a bit. Feel better.
