Hey thanks for the input. That's what is bothering me is that my ankle is

turning in also because of this . It not only affecting my arch part- but the

other bones in my foot and ankle. And is affecting my knee (pretty shot already}

and hip. I've had custom orthotics for about a year now and did pretty good

until just recently with this right foot. I'm a nurse too and I can look down at

my foot and see where this is headed.

How long do you have to wear the cast. I can handle crutches. I also have had

quite a few surgeries- but not near the number you've had. I did well with both

knee surgeries- it was the going back to the same work environment that didn't

help. Right now I'm off work and going to apply for disability. I've done all I

can do emotionally and physically. I don't have the FIGHT anymore to deal with

extra pain it causes.The surgeon I'm going to in Savannah is supposed to be

pretty good. I guess I can talk to him if he thinks anything else would work

first. Anyways- Thanks a bunch! It is comforting to know that most people didn't

have any problems,

Vicki

GA.
