I don't think we have met, so let me say welcome to the group you will find lots of support and comfort given here.

Thank you for the sites especially the herbal one.

So once again Welcome. I am in Oregon, if you don't mind tell us a little about yourself.

I am married have 2 grown daughters, both married, and I have one almost 2 yr old granddaughter, who has just now fallen asleep yeah!!! I watch her for my daughter when needed.

So like I said Welcome and don't be shy just jump right in.
